We Do Not Want Your Stuff

1. The Deal In Plain English

Jukified is a curated place for people to discover and listen to music. These terms explain what happens when you submit music, lyrics, artwork, links, artist information, stories, or other material to Jukified.

The simple rule is this: you keep your rights, and you stay responsible for what you submit. We only get the limited permission needed to operate Jukified.

2. Free And Community-Supported

Jukified is intended to be free for artists to submit to and free for listeners to use. We want the platform supported by community backing, crowdfunding, donations, sponsorships, or other platform support, not by taking ownership from artists.

Community support keeps Jukified running. It does not buy an artist's song, catalog, lyrics, masters, publishing, royalties, name, voice, likeness, or intellectual property. It also does not create a label deal, publishing deal, management deal, distribution deal, or royalty share unless there is a separate written agreement.

Free does not mean anything goes. Jukified can still curate, decline, hide, remove, moderate, or ask for rights proof when needed. Artists still own their responsibilities, and business or venue users still own their licensing responsibilities.

3. We Do Not Own It

Jukified does not own your song, your lyrics, your recording, your beat, your cover art, your voice, your name, your story, your masters, your publishing, your royalties, or your intellectual property.

We do not want it. We do not claim it. We do not co-own it. We do not administer it. We do not become your label, publisher, distributor, manager, or rights holder just because your music appears here.

4. The Permission We Need

To make the site work, you give Jukified a limited, non-exclusive permission to receive, store, review, display, stream, embed, link to, format, transcode, copy for technical delivery, promote within Jukified, and remove what you submit.

That permission exists only so Jukified can operate, show the work, let people press play, maintain the site, and keep the catalog clean. It is not ownership. It is not exclusive. You can keep using, releasing, selling, licensing, distributing, or removing your work elsewhere.

If you ask us to remove your submission, we can stop showing it going forward. Backup copies, logs, moderation records, legal records, and cached technical copies may remain where reasonably needed for security, proof, dispute handling, or site operations.

5. Your Upload, Your Call

If you upload it, you are saying you have the right to upload it. You created it, own it, control it, or have the permissions needed to share it.

If you used AI tools, music tools, samples, loops, stems, outside vocals, outside artwork, another platform, another producer, another songwriter, another performer, another beatmaker, or anything else, you are responsible for making sure that use is legitimate. Your tools, your chain of rights, your responsibility.

You are also responsible for making sure your submission does not violate another platform's terms, a producer agreement, a distributor agreement, a label agreement, a publishing agreement, a collaboration agreement, a union rule, a sample license, a model or voice policy, or any law.

6. No Games With Other People's Work

Do not upload music you do not have the right to share. Do not upload stolen songs, uncleared samples, fake artist voices, copied lyrics, ripped beats, protected artwork, impersonations, unauthorized remixes, unauthorized covers, or anything that belongs to somebody else unless you have the rights to use it.

If a submission includes another person's name, voice, image, likeness, performance, story, brand, logo, or identity, you are responsible for having the permission needed to use it.

7. AI, Samples, Covers, And Tools

Jukified is not against AI tools, loops, samples, covers, remixes, stems, or production tools. We are against pretending the rights are clean when they are not.

If AI or another tool helped make the work, you are responsible for knowing what that tool allows. If a sample, loop, melody, vocal, beat, or artwork came from somewhere else, you are responsible for knowing whether it is cleared. If the work is a cover, remix, interpolation, parody, or tribute, you are responsible for the rights and permissions required for that use.

Jukified does not use your submitted work to train AI models unless we have a separate written agreement with you that says so.

8. Curated, Not Guaranteed

Submission does not guarantee approval, publication, promotion, placement, playlisting, traffic, revenue, audience growth, or any business result. Jukified is curated. We can accept, decline, delay, edit metadata, request more information, or remove submissions at our discretion.

We may correct obvious formatting, spelling, link, display, or metadata issues. We will not intentionally change the creative meaning of your work without a reason tied to display, moderation, safety, or rights protection.

9. Money, Royalties, And Deals

Unless there is a separate written agreement signed by the right people, Jukified does not owe you payment, royalties, revenue share, advances, fees, accounting, publishing administration, label services, distribution services, management services, or promotional guarantees for hosting, linking to, reviewing, or displaying your submission.

If Jukified ever offers a paid program, sponsor placement, revenue share, sync opportunity, label service, publishing service, distribution service, or any other commercial arrangement, that will require a separate written agreement. These basic site terms do not create that deal.

10. Business, Venue, And Public Performance Use

Jukified is free for listening, discovery, artist sharing, and community-supported music access. That does not mean a restaurant, bar, venue, store, event, broadcast, stream, business, or commercial space automatically gets every license it may need to play music publicly.

Jukified does not grant public performance rights, commercial venue rights, broadcast rights, synchronization rights, mechanical rights, publishing rights, master-use rights, PRO licenses, blanket licenses, or any other license beyond the limited site permission described in these terms.

If a business, venue, event, broadcaster, streamer, or public space uses Jukified music, that user is responsible for knowing and obtaining any required rights, permissions, venue licenses, public performance licenses, artist permissions, publisher permissions, label permissions, PRO licenses, and local legal clearances. That includes, where applicable, organizations such as ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, GMR, SoundExchange, publishers, labels, distributors, artists, managers, or other rights holders.

If a venue plays music from Jukified and a rights holder, licensing organization, artist, publisher, label, distributor, or other party claims that the venue needed a license, that issue belongs to the venue or user who played it publicly. Jukified is not telling businesses they can skip licensing, and Jukified is not taking responsibility for a venue's public performance decisions.

11. Your Problems Are Not Our Problems

If somebody says your upload is not yours, that dispute is between you and them. Jukified is not stepping into the fight. We are not your lawyer, not their lawyer, not the judge, and not the referee.

If a rights notice, legal demand, platform notice, or credible ownership problem comes in, we can remove or disable the music. That does not mean we decided who is right. It means we are keeping the platform clean.

If your submission creates a claim, dispute, demand, cost, takedown, complaint, or legal problem because you did not have the rights or permissions you said you had, you are responsible for it.

12. Takedowns And Rights Notices

If we receive a credible rights complaint, legal notice, platform notice, takedown request, impersonation concern, privacy concern, or ownership dispute, we may hide, disable, or remove the material while we review it. We may also ask you for proof that you have the rights to submit and share it.

If you cannot provide enough proof, or if the issue creates risk for Jukified, we may keep the material down. We do not have to host anything that puts the site, listeners, artists, or operators at risk.

13. What You Cannot Submit

Do not submit unlawful, threatening, hateful, exploitative, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, malicious, deceptive, or privacy-invasive material. Do not submit malware, tracking code, fake links, spam, scams, or anything designed to damage, overload, mislead, or compromise the site.

Do not submit private information about another person without permission. Do not pretend to be someone else. Do not use Jukified to create confusion about who made the work or who approved it.

14. Links And Third-Party Platforms

Some submissions may use links or media from third-party platforms such as music services, video services, AI music tools, social platforms, cloud storage, or artist sites. Those platforms have their own rules. Jukified does not control them.

If a third-party link breaks, changes, disappears, gets blocked, loses permission, or stops playing, Jukified is not responsible for that platform's behavior. We may remove or update broken links when we find them.

15. Site Safety And Moderation

We can monitor submissions, comments, links, metadata, and usage to protect the site, artists, listeners, and operators. We can block abusive behavior, remove spam, limit access, refuse repeat submissions, and preserve records needed for safety, proof, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

16. No Professional Advice

Jukified is not giving legal, business, tax, publishing, copyright, label, distribution, or royalty advice. If you are not sure whether you own or control something, talk to the right professional before submitting it.

17. No Warranty

Jukified is provided as-is and as-available. We do not promise that the site will always be online, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, compatible with every device, or free from broken links or third-party platform issues.

18. Limits On Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jukified and the people operating it are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-opportunity, reputational, platform, rights, or data-related damages arising from submissions, removals, links, disputes, outages, moderation, or use of the site.

19. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms as the site grows. If the terms change, the updated version will be posted here with a new updated date. Continued use of the submission flow after an update means you accept the updated terms for future submissions and future site use.

20. The Whole Deal

Bring your music. Keep your rights. Own your responsibilities. Jukified wants no piece of your ownership. We only want enough permission to let people hear what you chose to share.

If you want a label deal, publishing deal, management deal, revenue share, distribution deal, or any other business arrangement, that has to be separate and written. These terms are just the rules for submitting to and appearing on Jukified.
